We are unable to offer Exchanges/Refunds for orders out of The State of Kuwait.

EXCHANGES/REFUNDS IN THE STATE OF KUWAIT 

We accept Exchanges/Refunds within 14days of the delivery date of order to customer for casual items only for Evening items we accept Exchanges/Refunds within 24hours from delivery date. Please contact and inform us by sending an e-mail to info@giziakw.com before return process. We will be explaining how to return the product with our referral. When you decide to return a product, please be sure about conditions; Package of the products should not be damaged and the content of the package must be full with no items missing. Products must not be used. Products must be complete with the original package, including all accessories. Evening dresses, underwear, swimsuits, earrings cannot be returned. Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges (including taxes and custom fees). Once your return is processed, you will receive a refund for the amount paid for the returned item back to the original method of payment. Any outbound shipping charges paid will not be refunded if the order is returned

REFUND IN THE STATE OF KUWAIT

The refund will be applied to the credit card or other method of payment initially used to make the purchase. Please note that depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 21 - 30 business days after your credit is applied for it to be reflected on your statement if you used a credit card (up to 30 days for internationally-issued cards).
