EXCHANGES / REFUNDS WITHIN THE STATE OF KUWAIT

Exchanges and Refunds can be processed through our Gizia Kuwait branches only.

Casual Items: Accepted within 14 days from the delivery date.
Evening Items: Accepted within 24 hours from the delivery date.

Conditions for Exchanges/Returns

Products must be unused and in their original condition.
Packaging must be undamaged, with all items and accessories included.
Once processed, refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

EXCHANGE  AND RETURN LOCATION

All returns and exchanges must be made directly at our Gizia Kuwait branches.

REFUND PROCESSING TIME (KUWAIT)

Refunds will be applied to the original payment method. Depending on your financial institution, it may take 14–21 business days to appear on your statement (up to 30 days for international cards).

EXCHANGES / REFUNDS OUTSIDE THE STATE OF KUWAIT

We are unable to offer Exchanges or Refunds for orders delivered outside the State of Kuwait.
